Senior Consultant

Due to growth, the opportunity exists for an experienced and exceptional Senior Consultant to join our team. The role involves consulting with blue chip clients to diagnose issues and opportunities, develop solutions to improve sales and sales leadership capability and performance and to facilitate workshops and assessment programs.
This is a much sought after opportunity to become a senior member of a growing team of passionate and talented individuals working in partnership with many of Asia Pacific’s senior business leaders.
In your role as a Senior Consultant, reporting to the Director of Sales, and working closely with the Capability Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of this dynamic and successful firm. Approximately 70% of your role will include sales related activities to grow your portfolio, such as identifying new business opportunities, and managing all aspects of the sales cycle to achieve budget. 30% will involve delivering high impact workshops and development centre sessions, which will result in a vibrant client portfolio that you will manage and grow, while contributing to the strong sales culture of the firm.
You will have a strong client-centric orientation in your approach, and are energised by the business and solution development and facilitation aspects of your role. You will have a demonstrated career of identifying, developing, building and maintaining high value relationships and a proven track record of working with ‘C’ level executives in business to business environments.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A demonstrated capability in solution based sales methodologies
- At least 10 year’s consultative sales experience, preferably within business management consulting, professional development or selling human capital solutions
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in developing and facilitating strategic sales training programs
- A significant senior level contact base within the Sydney business community
- An ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment, be self-directed and highly motivated
