Diana is responsible for the high quality and consistency of our services across Asia Pacific. As part of her role, she ensures behavioural change for our clients through a commitment to understanding the culture and the goals to be achieved to provide measurable outcomes. Diana is a strong advocate of the importance of coaching on the job to sustain and support new skills acquired.

Diana is a renowned expert in targeted learning and development with an impressive career that spans more than 20 years. She has developed and delivered a range of sales training solutions across Asia Pacific. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries from management teams through to frontline and contact centre staff.

Prior to joining The Synergy Group, Diana worked in a number of Management and sales roles in the financial services sector. She made her transition into frontline sales training in 1992 when she and her team were responsible for the designing and conducting of all customer service and management training for a major bank.
