Mike is responsible for the development of sustainable learning and development solutions for clients across Australia, Asia Pacific and North America drawing on his real-world sales experience. He oversees client relationship management and new business acquisition both locally and globally. This involves analysing client requirements, identifying skill gaps and aligning business strategy to capability development.

Mike is a highly experienced and skilled sales leader. Since joining The Synergy Group, more than 4 years ago, Mike has been one of the companies’ best advocates of ‘walk the talk’ – that is achieving sustainable sales excellence through a focus on the customer and acting as their trusted advisor.

Mike received an award for Sales Excellence by his industry peers at the 2010 Optimising the Salesforce Annual Conference in Melbourne, Australia.
