Tracey is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, which involves working closely with CEO, Katherine Edgar. Tracey is responsible for business strategy, product development, consulting and delivery of services.

Tracey is one of Asia Pacific’s leading finance and business strategy specialists. With more than 20 years of experience in finance, sales and senior management, Tracey brings significant expertise to her role as General Manager with The Synergy Group.

Since joining The Synergy Group, Tracey has successfully managed the businesses growth including its entry into new markets such as USA, China, Japan, Thailand, Korea, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam and Taiwan. She has also played a key role in the development of new products and services including Synergy’s Development Centre methodologies and Sales Leadership curriculum.

Tracey holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Newcastle together with undergraduate qualifications in Commerce.
