Therefore we design and deliver learning solutions that focus on continual learning and real world application. We identify learning objectives with Management; conduct extensive research, provide highly interactive training that is representative of how adults learn best; and design transfer activities to guarantee the ongoing implementation of the strategies, skills and knowledge learned.
'Sticky' Learning
Any learning intervention, to be effective, must have application to relevant real world scenarios and be re-enforced over time. With out these two essential components lasting behavioural change, and therefore the value of the training are significantly limited. It is for these reasons that The SynergyGroup will utilise this philosophy with you in the transfer of learning after the face-to-face delivery of any of our course content. 'Transfer Activities' are specifically tailored questions ,scenarios and self paced learning projects around key components of the course coverage that participants complete throughout the following weeks. The Transfer Activities set for a team are typically staggered over a 6 week period from the completion of the Workshop enabling the 'transfer' of learning to continue and be re-enforced well after the actual delivery of the program. Transfer activities are individually marked and feedback is provided by the facilitator for each participant. Transfer Activities are ideal means to bring the theory of learning into practice and over time it is this action and continual loop of feedback provided to participants that so clearly differentiates The Synergy Groups learning offering and the success it delivers.
