(Purpose) This Terms of Access stipulates website usage to facilitate global information exchange/ communication and mutual usage of commercial services/ learning and development resources among SYnergy Group Systems and Its Clients (Users) (collectively referred to as “User”).
(Website Operation) Synergy Group Systems operates the Client Learning Extranet website.
(Protection of Intellectual Property) The materials on the Synergy Group systems Client Learning Extranet such as texts, images, graphics, animations, videos, music and sound (hereinafter referred to as “Materials”) are subject to copyrights or intellectual property rights of users, or licensed to upload and view on Synergy Group systems Client Learning Extranet from entity/ individual other than users.
Any of Materials may be neither copied for commercial use or distribution nor modified or reposted to other sites without obtaining in advance an appropriate license from Users/ rights owners. User shall comply with copyright laws and treaties applicable to each country in usage of Synergy Group systems Client Learning Extranet as well as its Materials.
(Posting, View and Use of Materials) A user may NOT post on the Synergy Group systems Client Learning Extranet any learning materials that DO NOT meet any of the following requirements.
The User has the Intellectual Property Rights concerned to the materials.
While the Intellectual Property Rights concerned to the materials are owned by a third party, the User has surely obtained from the third party Posting License and Usage License.
User shall grant to another User a license to access, display, view and listen to, on Client Learning Extranet's screen, any information on the Materials. The licensed User shall not modify, reproduce, distribute, disclose or transfer the downloaded information to any third party.
If User desires to use any information on Materials posted by another User, the desiring User shall negotiate and agree to the terms and conditions for the use, including without limitation royalty, with the posting User or rights owners owning Intellectual Property Rights.
(Termination of License) In case that the User breaches any of the terms and conditions, all the licenses granted to the User shall be immediately terminated and the User’s further access to Synergy Group Systems Client Learning Extranet shall be blocked.
