The Synergy Group is committed to proactively engaging disadvantaged youth in local communities, to provide opportunities for personal development and leadership. Leadership and trust inspires confidence and Synergy is passionate about equipping our youth with the tools and experiences to support them in their future endeavours. Synergy's approach to supporting the community is focused on empowering, educating and inspiring the youth of today in their journey to become the leaders of tomorrow.
We are also pleased to support a range of not-for-profit organisations through pro-bono work, donations and volunteering activities.
The Synergy Group encourages its employees to volunteer their time with charities and not-for-profit organisations. Employees are granted a certain number of days per annum, when they volunteer their time with a charity of their choice.
