How do you assess?
We assess each participant’s capability through a series of evaluated activities, such as live simulated customer calls and meetings, ’inbox’ activities and online behavioural assessments, providing a unique opportunity for sales professionals to practice, demonstrate and hone their skills in a simulated live environment. Their performance is analysed and assessed with feedback and one-on-one coaching, fast tracking improved skill levels and identifying specific areas for development.
