What happens during the Assessment Process?
During the Assessment process, both quantitative and qualitative data is collected and analysed at an individual, team, and regional level. Themes are extrapolated to determine training and development priorities.
What does the Assessment framework look like?
There are four key steps that we go through during the Assessment process:
- Assessment of capability: We assess each participant’s capability through a series of evaluated activities such as live simulated customer call and meetings,’ inbox’ activities, and on line assessments.
- Develop skills and capability: After the evaluated activities, we conduct one-on-one coaching with each participant with the Sales Leader present, agreeing an individual development plan.
- Analyse capability results: We analyse results and map out how they will be applied. We then provide Sales Leaders Individual Assessment and Team Summary Reports for further coaching purposes.
- Target and Prioritise Development: We identify sales team strengths and areas of under-performance. We then develop targeted coaching and team up-skill strategies.
