Behavioural Assessment

In this module, we draw upon proven psychometric research that distinguishes successful leaders and high-potential leaders based on 30+ years of research and socio-analytic theory.
Synergy 360º Feedback Inventory
How do your managers know what they need to work on and when? This module evaluates current performance in a number of fundamental skill areas, benchmarking you against more than 4000 managers. In a confidential 360º feedback report, we identify individual strengths, development needs and provide a comprehensive Self Development Guide to help managers improve specific skill areas. Some of the skills that we evaluate include: Problem Solving, Team Development, Stress Processing, Time Management, Delegation, Commitment, Planning and Participation.
Coaching Assessment & Infield Observation
This module focuses on the assessment of Leaders’ coaching capability benchmarked against best practice standards. We typically assess through a Development Centre where Sales Leader attend a client meeting with pre and post coaching with their Sales Professional including a comprehensive review, feedback and self diagnostic. In-field options include observing and critiquing during Sales Management meetings to assess meeting management and strategic delegation effectiveness. This can be integrated with ‘Inbox’ activities; which assess effectiveness against agreed competencies.
Holistic Leader Assessment (HLA)
This module assesses the ability to prioritise, and respond to a broad range of job relevant activities. It is a robust process that allows key critical skills to be critiqued in a Development Centre environment. As part of this module, we offer an online training format using The Synergy HLA Inbox which is delivered via an electronic mailbox. This provides observation and critique of the participant in terms of their tactical approach to tasks, behavioural approach and communication style.
