This workshop provides a behavioural approach to developing your emotional footprint and your ability to inspire and lead others. It draws on real life data and intelligence from the Sales Leader Diagnostic Stream and delves into how to develop the personal gravitas of a respected, influential, and inspirational leader. Length: 1 – 2 days

Best Practice Sales Coaching

This workshop focuses on the ‘How’ of Sales Coaching to Sustainable Sales Excellence standards. Sales Leaders come together in a group environment helping to fast track the Best Practice culture across territories. It also encourages group support and promotes sustainability. Length: 2 days

Realising Business Strategy

This workshop provides Sales Leaders the ability to interpret strategy and apply it to their local region. Sales Leaders attain how to remove barriers to local goal achievement and how to gain clarity in what is needed to realise key objectives. Sales Leaders leave with clear priorities and an action plan for their own region. Length: 1 day

Commercial Execution

This workshop empowers leaders to optimise their business landscape through critical thinking and business savvy decision making.  It equips leaders with the skills that enable them to strategically analyse their environment and to act responsively to maximise opportunities. Length: 1 day

Optimising Business Performance and Effectiveness

This workshop shows you how to optimise business effectiveness through robust operational planning, utilising systems and adherence to process. Length: 1 day

Teaming the Strategy

This workshop leverages the strategy from the Realising Business Strategy workshop and effectively cascades that strategy vertically and horizontally within the team to deliver regional sales performance. Length: 1 day

Leading Change

This workshop encompasses the critical role of the Sales Leader in leading change within the Sales organisation. The workshop explores change principles and strategies to empower leaders to successfully lead and manage change initiatives. Length: 1 – 2 days
